Flex Studio Singapore, opened in 2023 brings Hong Kong's goldstandard Classical Pilates to the Lion City. We offer small group or private sessions in Classical Pilates on Reformer and Apparatus. As a premier Classical Pilates Teacher Training hub, we also hosts teacher training and intensive programs across Asia led by founder Heather Thomas, fostering expert-led transformation for all levels.
